Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital. Upon arrival, our tour guide & driver from Cyclo Travel Vietnam will greet you at the airport, then transfer you to the city for city tour & street food tour. You will visit the main attractions of Hanoi such as: Temple of Literature (first national university of Vietnam), Ho Chi Minh mausoleum & one-pillar pagoda, Army museum to learn more about Vietnamese against outside enemies history. Day 2 Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight on cruise

Today, after breakfast & check-out the hotel, you will be picked up by the cruise bus for a 3,5 hour drive to Halong Bay. Board your cruise at noon and check-in your cabin. Enjoy your lunch while cruising along the bay, visiting one of the most amazing caves in the bay. Have dinner & overnight on cruise in Halong.

Day 3 Halong Bay - Ninh Binh

Day 4 Hoa Lu - Trang An Day Tour - Drive to Hanoi

Today, after breakfast & check-out the hotel, meet your tour guide & driver & take the amazing boat trip to visit Trang An grottoes which is a gathering of 31 valleys, 50 cross-water caves, and home to 600 kinds of flora and over 200 kinds of fauna, many of them in the Red Book of Vietnam. While rowing through Trang An grotto in the quiet, fresh air of the highlands, with only the sound of birds and the oars stirring the clear water and surrounded by magnificent forested mountains upon which graze white goats, visitors enjoy a heaven on earth.

Then drive to Hoa Lu to visit the temples dedicated to Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang of the Dinh Dynasty (968-80), and Emperor Le Dai Hanh of the Le Dynasty (980-1009). The ancient Hoa Lu Citadel (most of which has since been ruined) once covered an area of three square kilometres. Have lunch in a local restaurant before returning back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 5 Hanoi - Departure

Today after having breakfast & checking out of the hotel, it depends on your flight home time so you can take the rest of this day for local shopping at Dong Xuan market (note: night market is held every weekend’s night on Friday/Saturday/Sunday) or visiting Bat Trang pottery making village (about 13 km from Hanoi).
