These Booking And Payment Terms apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, by email . By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to Booking And Payment Terms set out below (including the privacy statement).

The booking is valid only if you have received a confirmation email from Cyclo Travel Vietnam™ and your payment of deposit to your booking must be notified to and agreed by Cyclo Travel Vietnam™
Lowest and Best Prices Guarantee
The prices listed on our websites are in USD. Prices exclude any bank charge and other services are not mentioned.
We want you to pay the lowest price but best service possible for your holiday in Vietnam. Should you find your Package Trip, Halong Bay Cruise, Mekong River Cruise, Hotel And Other Services with the same booking conditions, but at a lower rate on the Internet after you have made a booking through us, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate.
Payment and Deposit
We accept Visa card, Master card and American Express. Your card information will be protected during the transmission by using security system with PayPal/VTC Pay. Your deposit invoice will be sent to you via email with guidelines to fully pay for your package upon arrival.
Please be noted that there might be a surcharge of 3% or 3.5 % for the bank fee.

Liability and Insurance
Cyclo Travel Vietnam™ is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by travelers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by travelers.
Travelers are required to have full travel insurance before the trip. But Cyclo Travel Vietnam™ is always beside you to help and support during your holiday with us.
Cancellations BY YOU
All cancellations must be informed at least 14 days before departure date ,received and sent to us via email.
By making a reservation with us, you accepted and agreed to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the tour, hotel and other services.
Please be noted that Cyclo Travel Vietnam™ will charge from US$ 30 for administration fees of the cancellation.
Cancellation due to bad weather for Halong Bay Cruise
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
+ Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
+ During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
+ The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, travelers will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
+ The final cost will be confirmed by your travel consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cancellations NOT BY YOU
In the event that we are unable to provide confirmed services, alternative services or alternative departure dates will be offered subject to availability.
If these alternative dates or alternative services are not accepted by travelers, they will be refunded in full - 100% refund.
Children Policy
+ The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double room/cabin with two adults on mattress.
+ Children from 03 - 10 years old: Stay with parents 75% adult rate.
+ Children under 03 years old: Stay with parents, free of charge
+ Only one (01) child under 03 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for free of charge per room/cabin
Special note: All the above policies are only used for reference and will be flexible applied on a certain travel service. The final service policy will be made on the confirmed booking period with the agreement of the customer.
