8:00 your guide will pick you up at your hotel at 8 am to 8:30 am by car or minivan. Then he will teach you some Vietnamese words that can be used to bargain with local people over something at the local market. On the way to the local market, we can stop to take photo of the coutryside. At the market, you will buy the local ingredients to prepare for the cooking and explore the market. Then take the round boat to cooking place at Cam Thanh fishing village. We join with the local fisherman in traditional round boats as we paddle into coconut forest waterways to catch purple crabs and take photo, very interesting. We will be at the cooking place around 10 am, you will learn how to make fish sauce, rice paper, spring rolls, green papaya, fish in banana leaf ( note : other dishes or vegetarian dishes can be chosen by your interest ). After the cooking, you will enjoy what you cooked for your lunch.
