Day 1 Hanoi Arrival - Half-day city tour - Street food tour - Water puppet show

Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital. Arrive in Hanoi in the late afternoon, you will be greeted by our tour guide & driver from Cyclo Travel Vietnam, then get the transfer to the city. After checking in at your hotel, take the private cyclo ride in an hour to explore Hanoi old quarter. Then start a walking tour to taste the best local street food for dinner & enjoy the water puppet performance - a unique Vietnamese art form hailing from Southeast Asia’s wet-rice culture. Day 3 Sapa - Hanoi

Day 4 Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight on cruise

Today, after breakfast & check-out the hotel, you will be picked up by the cruise bus for a 3,5 hour drive to Halong Bay. Board your cruise at noon and check-in your cabin. Enjoy your lunch while cruising along the bay, visiting one of the most amazing caves in the bay. Have dinner & overnight on cruise in Halong.

Day 5 Halong Bay - Hanoi

Today, wake up early in the morning for Tai Chi exercise, enjoy your breakfast & kayaking in the bay. Return to your cabin to refresh up. Heading back to the harbor. Transfer back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 6 Hoa Lu - Tam Coc Day Tour

We pick you up at your hotel at 08:30 AM. The pleasant drive to Tam Coc takes two hours.

On arrival in Tam Coc Town, board your private sampan boat. For ninety minutes your private oarswoman/man will take you down the Ngo Dong River. Pass through the three caves that made Vietnam famous in the French film 'Indochine', Hang Ca, Hang Giua and Hang Cuoi.

On the way visit Bich Dong Pagoda, set among pink lotuses, the temple offers spectacular views of the surrounding area.

Back to Tam Coc Town to enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch.

Following lunch drive to Hoa Lu to visit the temples dedicated to Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang of the Dinh Dynasty (968-80), and Emperor Le Dai Hanh of the Le Dynasty (980-1009). The ancient Hoa Lu Citadel (most of which has since been destroyed) once covered an area of three square kilometres.

In the afternoon journey back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi around 18:00 pm . Finish the trip at your hotel! Overnight in Hanoi
